Billing and Call Accounting

Through the Billing and Call Accounting modules, Total IP stores and provides the cost of each call made by your company, allowing quick and secure online control of your phone bills.

Some of the reports available include:

  • Cost of calls by users, groups, agent, type of calls and campaigns used in dialers;
  • Cost of incoming calls (0800 and 4000);
  • Cost per branch;
  • Export to Excel on a daily or monthly basis, on the accounting closing date;
  • Amount in real minutes, ticketed minutes, and amounts billed;
  • Online monitoring of the usage of telecommunication voice channels.
